Backup tiers

AudioEnv offers tiered cloud storage for backing up your plugins, projects, and bounces:

• Free — 5 GB storage, basic sync
• Pro — 250 GB AudioEnv Cloud storage, collections, tags
• Studio — 2 TB storage, unlimited sharing, priority support

S3 configuration

Pro and Studio users can connect their own S3-compatible storage (AWS S3, Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2) for plugin backups. Configure your bucket credentials in Settings > Backup.

AudioEnv Cloud

AudioEnv Cloud is the managed backup option — no configuration needed. Uploaded plugins are stored securely and can be restored to any Mac signed into your account. Storage usage is tracked in your account settings.

Collection backup

Back up entire collections with a single command. All bounces and project references in the collection are queued for upload. Use the command DSL to automate backups:

select bounces where name:~final | backup

Restore

Restore backed-up plugins from the Plugins tab — each plugin shows its backup status and S3 key. Click "Restore" to download and reinstall a plugin to its original path.
